Knack of Swimming welcomes anyone who wants to improve over all fitness, develop better technique, train for a triathlon, consider competition, or is just attracted to the water for any reason.

 

             Swimming is recognized by fitness experts around the world as an ideal lifetime sport. Since it is done in water, it is considered  a no-impact activity, with relatively no injuries. It is difficult to find an activity that most all ages and fitness levels can enjoy.– swimming is one!!

Swimming is considered to be one of the best all around exercises.  Anyone can do it, from  age one (1) to hundred and one (101). Many swimmers have found these benefits from swimming a couple times a week.
